I have also used them for a refinance in the past and was able to save over $75 a month on my payment. It seems like there is an endless amount of Mortgage companies out there and it was hard trying to find a good reputible company with people I could trust. Mainstream Mortgage seemed to be that company, and I would highly recommend them (and do) to anyone looking to buy or refinance there home. T.T.
