Terrible terrible terrible, I’ve literally had my car for a year and everything is wrong with it I now have to get my alternator fixed, so I call to speak to Matt personally to let him know that I have to get something fixed so I’m going to be a little late with my payment I kid you not his exact words were “you’re calling me to bitch about a used car” terrible customer service, no need to get ugly like that. If there was a way for me to put negative stars on here I definitely would.

At first I was hesitant to drive all the way up from Dallas, but after I talked to Mark on the phone I felt very comfortable so I drove up one Saturday morning and I am glad I did. Matt's is not your typical car dealership, there was no pressure, everyone there is family, and there is not bull, just nice honest people. I was the first to try them, and now 2 other people in my family have bought from them also. Plus they are great to deal with on repairs, absolutely the lowest price around, half what others quoted me. I highly recommend them.
