First thing is I've had my nails done plenty of times and when I went there the first time the woman who did my nails work with my hands as if she was trying to finish them and get done even stopping and calling a client and once she colored them you could see how she shaped the nails in different styles , I called a week after to set an appointment for a balance. My mom was also making an appointment to get her nails colored. We confirmed that it would be Tuesdays 4:00. So we both went to the salon on Monroe St Toledo Ohio at 3:30 sign in a bit early. We sat in the seat waiting and after 45 minutes they told us their books say 6:00 we left just to came back signed in waited almost an hour to be sat to start the balance my mom never got sat with my even though we signed and made an appointment for the same time only for a color change He starts putting on the aucurlic and he was quick and only used a file for the nails burnt the top of my skin a few times he put his tools away and he told me to put my hands my at a light he got up and went to the back without any explanation of why . I waited for about 15 minutes then I walked over my mom still hasn't been called or been seated for a color so she wanted to leave .instead of leaving without ( paying like I should of) I walked over and asked how much would this cost if he just did the aucurlic and used a file . She responded $22. I paid and walked out .We went to another salon we got our nails colored and finished with-in 30 mins also was highly excited that they was fixed with care and actually finished right after spending almost the whole day with this nail salon

Best price on Garland by far. $23 for pedi and mani combo, love it

I love this place! Honesty I only allow JJ to do my nails because he's awesome at what he does, and now I'm spoiled by it, anything else isn't acceptable, he does one nail with a cluster of diamonds and gems and it's always unique and different every week!! great JOB JJ keep up the great work!

Dear the anonymous friends who have the generous reviews, I'm JJ, owner of JJ's Nails Art. i would like to let you know that if you are not our customers, so please think carefully for what you are writing here. Let me point out some of the lies which you have posted to our salon. 1. Do you know how many staff we have at the salon on weekend? We always have 5 or 6 people working here during the weekends. 2. We have never given out the margarita on weekend. 3. The guy named Trung that you mentioned earlier is not exist. We never use vietnamese name to communicate with customer since it is hard for them to remember. 4. you make a mistake again since you mentioned about Jay. did you carefully look at what the name of the salon is? If you have any issue with us, you can always come back and talk to us instead of posting your lies in public.
