This was the worst experience ever. The girl decided to give herself a $30.00 tip on my $30.00 pedicure. After no one knowing what to do for $15.00. I told them to just give ne back $30.00 in cash because I used my debit card. They wouldn't. They wanywd to run my card again. I said absolutely not that I would call my bank and cancel the entire transaction. When they FINALLY figured out how to void they did and ran my card again...this time for $30.00. I signed that copy. The "person in charge" was unapologetic and so rude. When I left, I contacted my bank who informed me that the salon had a $90.00 hold on my account and showed no record of a refund. The bank said that the salon could call and release the funds. I called the salon, the "person in charge" said he had done all he was going to do for me. I asked him to call the bank. He said to call back in 5 minutes and hung up on me. I called back in 5 minutes. He said the owner and/or manager wasn't there. He REFUSED to give me the owner's name and phone number and gild me not to call him again. I called back and he did not answer of course. I am calling the BBB and if that $90.00 clears, I will go to the County Attorney's office and file charges. HORRIBLE HOTTIBLR HORRIBLE. Don't go and get ripped off!!!
