Don't believe everything you hear - - - I was very excited as we all are to get our taxes out of the way. We worked with a very helpful woman. In addition they were great on making the payment for their services willing to hold a post dated check. I ran into issues because my husband a victum of idenity theft. So IRS was holding our return for clearance I spoke with Kaols a few times letting them know the situation keeping them updated and the were willing to wait a few more weeks before they cashed the check. Low and behold I get an email from my bank the funds are low, I check my account and Kalos cashed my check the day after he said he'd wait. I spoke with them all they could say was sorry he made a mistake, so now still waiting for my return and I no money until pay day either...sorry. Now we feel like a victim twice.
