I love this carwash. They do a great job on my car inside and out. I read reviews about people missing items inside thier car but have been going here for several years and never had anything touched in my car. I trust them with my car & belongings. Everyone is friendly & happy to see you. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

They do a great job of making your auto to shine like new money.

They are very attentive to detail and refuse to let you drive off the lot unless you and sometimes themselves are satisfied with the job they have done.

They suck!!!! I just went to this car wash on 7/31/14 had been there couple times before an always got great car washes but today I get home in mount Juliet an they had not vacuum under my 2nd row of seats the 3rd row was folded down. the arm rest on the back door where you grab it was cleaned dirt was still in there.

I called back an spoke with Joey an told him about the trash an the door arm rest, he replied they don't wash the arm rest an don't vacuum under the seat or behind the seats between the 2nd row an 3rd row. Said he would give me 10.00 off next wash really. I wont be back. they don't serve no starts but you have to give 1, in order to leave review.

THUMBS DOWN!!!!

On May 17, I took my 2007 Cadillac SRX to Hermitage Auto for interior/exterior cleaning, for $36. When I left, I noticed scratches and holes in the tint on the front driver and passenger side windows. I immediately returned, and after much scrutiny by the manager, was told the owner would contact me the following Monday. When I did not receive a response, I returned to the business and was told that the owner refused to help me because they only cover "factory" damage and my tint was "aftermarket," even though I purchased the vehicle with the tinted windows. He then went on to make multiple additional excuses such as: there were bubbles in my tint, evidence of dogs inside my car (the dogs only ride in the back of the SUV), something else caused the damage (the rest of my tint in the vehicle is still perfect, btw), and that I can't prove the damage was done by them. They refuse to take any liability. The tint on my windows is very dark, so any bubbles or pre-existing scratches would have been highly noticeable. I then insisted that the manager call me and the manager refused. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Proceed with caution with these guys! Might wanna take pics of your vehicle before and after!
