I am NOT one of your patients but I have have some experience with that on December 3rd 2014 why are there drivers back into my car at s.n. Clinic I've been trying for 2 weeks for them to give me the insurance policy so I can get my car fix I wasn't even thinking about riding in their vehicle or asking for the insurance first I will want to ride with the company the lack of responsible for the damages to someone's property

I work as a Medical Case Manager with YMCA International Services. Often times I call MTM to arrange transportation for my clients. some Medical Transportation Companies are execellent and others shouldn't allowed to work as Social Services Providers. In case of Queen Transportation, I have had arranged a transportation for my client's appointment at 4 pm. I called the company at 3 pm to ask if driver on his/her way (technically driver should be at the place of pick an hour before the appointment. Driver didn't showed up until after 4:30 pm. When my client reached to appointment facility, the appointment was canceled. Queen's driver threatened my client to take to police if my client won't shut-up complaining. moreover, driver called my client B word. When I called company to complaint, there was nobody willing to talk to me. When I persisted them, they apologized and they said they will train the driver. This company is not good for Social Services.
