I had some tranny work done on my truck. Had a new torque converter installed. Everything seemed ok for a while until the converter bolts came loose. Luckily I caught it in time to fix it. Had another shop work on it. They said there was no locktight used in the bolts and no wonder they came loose. For what I could have had happened didn't but the aggregation still stands. Had I not caught it in time. It could have caused a lot of damage to my vehicle. Never go to this place.

More like an epic failure. I took my truck to these guys to have some tranny work done because they quoted me a price I couldnt refuse. Well they were quick like they said, one day all said and done. They got it done in a day. So after I picked up the truck I took it home to wash off all the fluid and greasy hand prints off the tranny and undercarage. Everything looked ok until it dried. Tranny pan all busted up and leaking, broken bolts and my speedo cable was snapped. Seriously. They messed up more than they fixed. When I called them about it they got quite ill with me saying it was like that when I gave it to them, which was not true because I change my own oil and know exactly what it was like before hand. So they said they would fix it and to bring it in when I could. I didnt , instead one day while I was at home cutting grass, one of their head shop guys rolls into my driveway like he owns the place and crawles under my truck to see what happend. I walk up to him and he said he doesnt belive for one sec his shop was responsible for it. I had a right mind to call the cops on this guy. DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE....EVER.
