Honest, trustworthy, great work! I have never had a bad experience. When other mechanics are lying to me about what repairs need done, Specialized Truck & Auto gives it to me straight without unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend them and do often to all my family and friends.

Kevin is a Self Professed Christian. He is very good at the subtleties of the appearance of being a Christian. However his behavior is not that of a real Christian. So, Customer Beware!



I have taken my truck to Specialized Truck & Auto 2 times; the first time for a fuel leak, the second time, it was a broken right lower ball joint.



For the fuel leak, I approved up to 2 hours Diagnostic/Repair. No parts were needed to perform this repair. But he was sure to bill out “Shop Supplies” $370; REALLY? I felt this was excessive. Especially since they did not communicate and let me know that the repair was escalating to be $200 more than I knew about or had agreed to!



In regards to the ball joint repair: Kevin charged me $45 to get my truck off of the tow truck and $90 for an alignment that I discovered later had never been done.

When confronted with proof that the alignment had not been done, Kevin refunded me $90 for that charge… As for the Bogus charge of $45 to get my truck off of the tow truck… well, that’s my loss for trusting this guy!



They will NEVER touch my truck again!



Be VERY CAREFUL if you take your vehicle to these guys! Kevin must be paying for people to leave all 5 star reviews. Because, he isn’t earning them! That’s for sure!
