Fixed my Seiko watch when the factory couldn't - recommend Lothar for any watch or clock repairs. AND he's an interesting person - born in Germany and can tell you some history.

Wonderful service, affordable and very knowledgeable repair, repaired my two watches while I waited….I can highly recommend them. I can't believe anyone gave them a one star!

DO NOT GO HERE unless you are a glutton for horrible customer service. My wife brought in a watch to have serviced for her elderly father. The date dial was unresponsive to being turned. The watch also needed to be cleaned. Lothar took the time to show her the dial turned but then, when she asked to watch it again, he became unhinged telling her she didn't "get it" and refused to show her. When she mentioned she would like it cleaned he said, in an annoyed voice, that these watches could not be cleaned. When she asked for the watch back and was leaving, he called her an idiot to another customer.



We took the watch to Fast Fix at the Avenues Mall - all was shown, cleaned and made to shine. Somehow they knew how to do it - Lothar didn't. When I called to complain, Lothar told me not to make a big deal about it and hung up. Seems he could have taken that same advice himself and I wouldn't be typing this.



If this is the experience you crave, Lothars your man. If you demand a higher customer service, go to fast fix.

Lothar is the most meticulous, knowledgeable and friendliest watch/clock repair master craftsman in the South East Region. I would have spent $150 sending my tag to the factory for a new battery. He charged me $20, changed my battery, lubricated the gasket, readjusted my band clasp and set the time and date. While he was working he kept me engaged with great conversation. He is truly a gentleman and I will keep taking my watches to him for the rest of my life. In a world where everyone throws everything away when it breaks, Lothar has something that very few people have... It's called a craft and he is very good at what he does. He had pride in his craft and his professionalism will keep me coming back. Thanks Lothar!

No good results. I have a grandfather's clock that needs repair but they wont come to the house.
