We have built everything from Homes to Jewelry boxes but specialize in high end woodworking and Old home restorations involving extensive woodworking replications / restorations. We are also capable of assisting in the design process with Cad drawings and plans. Estimates are free depending on job size. Fully insured.

old soul exceptionalism

Mr Funk has been an a light in the dark for our Kitchen project. My husband and I had a rough idea of what we wanted but no clear path to exactly what we had in mind. We brought our scarce and various ideas to him and he put them on paper.



He has a college education in Construction technology and Woodworking technique / theory. He used this background and his talent in maximizing a space in an elegant way to design our kitchen in the exact way we wanted it. We were never pigeonholed into any design type and the options were limitless. His motto is truly a fact. If we could imagine it he would manage to create it. He is a 3rd generation craftsman and carries on the work of his grandfather. The enjoyment and precision with which he designed, built and installed our kitchen was rare to see and an exceptional experience. We will use no other woodworker.



The greatest thing I can say about this business is his ability to expand but not overload us with ideas. We had many many things we had thoughts on but no clear idea of how to put them into place. It was a joy to have somone organize our thoughts into exactly what we wanted and then turn it into a reality. Everything was top notch and we found it hard to identify anything we could complain about. Since then Mr. Funk has crafted a Steamers trunk and several hand cut dovetail boxes for our family.



A+ for personality, craftsmanship and punctuality.
