      Inspection is pointless. They just want to sell you a heating unit. It was raining so instead of rescheduling they refused to get on our roof. After calling to complain nothing was offered make this right. No second visit or anything. They claimed you can see the same from the bottom as you can the top. Which is not true since the construction and top of the flume should be checked as well. They are polite but it's just a scam with their service. Find someone else.
