I love Dr. Sheldon Fisher. A midwife working under him was my OB with my first child in 1996. I saw Dr. Fisher with the other 3 children. My children are now 20, 17, 9 & 1. The 17yr old is my only girl and he will be her dr also.

GROSSLY INCOMPETENT. They broke HIPPA rules with my last appointment. I gave them my cell phone and signed a waiver clarifying my cell phone as the only number I authorized them to release medical information to since I am in medical school and no longer living at home. They blatantly ignored my requests by calling a number I had not authorized to release my private health information and lab test results over speaker-phone to someone who was not me. I still have not received my test results from my actual doctor or the office. I heard my results second-hand from the people that were in the room that heard my results over speaker phone.



After that I decided to switch offices and use another OB-GYN, but I had to cancel my new appointment with my new doctor several times since this office repeatedly ignored my request to release my chart to my new office. When I called to inquire about why my records had not been released to my new office, the woman from this office got catty and hateful. I asked my new doctors office to request my chart to see if they could have any better luck getting it from them so that I could actually follow through with my new appointment at the new office and she was also hateful to them. Will never be returning to this office, and I am currently contemplating whether I should pursue legal counsel on how to deal with the violation of HIPPA by releasing my lab results to a number I did not authorize to someone that was not me over speaker phone. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
