I purchased a group of US covers, Postage Stamps and had a long chat with Louise about what other items I was looking to add to my stamp collection. I provided my list of items along with my contact information; then rushed off to retrieve my two sons who were also making the rounds of the Stamp Show. Fast forward about a week later and I receive a package in the mail with a post mark of Lafayette, Louisiana. I had no idea what could be in the package. I opened the package thinking I had signed up for approvals. Inside the package was a note explaining that after I left their browse table they found that I had left a group of items that I had purchased from them and they were returning them to me. I was amazed at the Honesty and more so when I called to see how much I owed for the shipping cost. I was told to not worry about it as it was not an issue to worry about. These folks are First Class!!! I highly recommend Queen City for all your coin or stamp needs! I just wish they would visit out coin and stamp show in Wilmington, NC!
