I have been to flawless quite a few times. Their service is excellent and I was very happy with all the facials and the microdermabrasions that I had done. The people are friendly the facility is very clean and I have been to many spas including massage envy. The only reason I did not rate them a 5 is because I had a eyebrow waxing done and was not happy with the job lily did. Perhaps she just hasn't done enough of that so I would recommend using perhaps someone else for that.

i just loved the facial I had from Colleen, It was luxurious and she is so kind and caring. She really answered all my questions too. Then I had a massage with Jennifer. The Best I've Ever Had. This place is great, from the front desk to the really sweet and caring owner. I would recommend this place to everyone.
