General Info

Dr. Santos is a board-certified neurosurgeon with a special interest in brain pathology, using 3-D neuro-navigation systems. He provides surgical care for brain and spine injuries, and illnesses. Dr. Santos received his medical degree from the Central Caribbean University School of Medicine, in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and completed a surgical internship at Detroit-Macomb Hospitals Association in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Santos continued his training with a five year neurosurgery residency at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, which included a neurology rotation at the London National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London, England. Dr. Santos has more than 30 years of experience as a neurosurgeon and enjoys getting to know his patients and their families. Dr. Santos is fluent in Spanish.
