We would NEVER hire him again. We hired Josh in 2015 to help us solve minor computer repair issues and when he was looking at our situation he recommended us getting a server for our business, which we thought would be a good idea. In September 2015 we paid him around $2000 to start the build of the server for both materials and labor. He said this process would take around 3 weeks and then we would have it up and running. Again we paid up front for the build and he started out really good letting us know about the status of the build. After 3 weeks he said that he was having troubles with the server and it would not be ready for a few more weeks, at this point we were really pushing for the server to help with our business. We got the run around for close to 6 months while he came up with any excuse that he could until finally he blocked my phone number and my office managers number and would not respond to us. We had the owner call Josh from his phone and Josh answered probably thinking it was a new customer. Josh told him that he was going through financial difficulty and that he would have it to us in around 2 weeks. We gave him the 2 weeks to come up with the server and after that he stopped communication again. Our money that we needed to use for a server was taken by Josh and has been gone for over 6 months leaving us without the necessary equipment to run our business. He has stolen the money from us and refuses to give it back. This has been a horrible experience and we still do not have the money back. He would lie to us constantly and I am sure he has or would do this to other people. He seemed nice in the beginning but he is a thief and will scam you out of your money. Do not trust him with any work or in your house, if he is willing to steal our money there is no telling what else he will steal. I will never recommend him to anyone and would never use him again.

I always have a ton of programs open and my computer struggles to do everything I need it to do, Josh gave me a few options to choose from to resolve the issue ended up having him upgrade my RAM and put all my programs on a solid state drive, didn't know what either one of those things meant prior to this but now I do and they solved my problem and then some. Awesome guys to work with.

My computer kept going to the blue screen and wouldn't work, some places I called tried to charge me much more than Josh did and he came to my house to fix the computer. He was nice, explained everything in detail, and fixed my computer quickly.

The external hard drive that I keep all my tax and financial info on failed, I thought I lost it all. Not only did this company get everything back for less than the other people I called, they taught me how to encrypt and password protect all the important documents that I had on the hard drive.

Josh has excellent skills and a professional attitude. He is honest and fair. Josh listened carefully to my needs and explained what he proposed to do in detail and in a way that was clear and understandable. He did what was needed in the most efficient way possible.
