i have lived in meadows of adamstown for approx.11 years,we called garman to see if a roofer could come out to see if the roof was leaking causing bedroom ceilings to stain,instead of warranty people we were sent garman renovation rep.who charged us 125.00 to look at problem.he told wife MICE were staining ceilings,of course that is not what'causing problem,one of the garman's left a phone message saying i was questioning his integrity,not only am i but dog boxes should be his forte,as soon as i can i will get home inspector to look at what the real problem is and send report to said builder,if you call yourself a custom builder you should at least own up to any mistakes that were made in building by sub-contractors,in attic i have many bashed holes made by incompetent house builders that let heat/coolness escape in summer/winter,some good advice would be don't buy in meadows of adamstown.
