Worst service ever very rude I have had different cashier and not one of them has been nice,they act like they are doing you a favor won't return go across street to get gas and all cashier are very nice. STAY AWAY THEY ALL NEED A NEW ATTITUDE COMPANY needs to send in a mystery shopper to see for themselves. ...

I never hardly go to your store but I needed gas so I went in to fill up and was greeted by one of the rudest people ever OR maybe she needed additional training. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or not but I asked what the pump number was after telling her the color and make of my car, it was in the front. A man came in who was on the other side of my car and told me pump #6 and asked another worker a question and basically got the same attitude. I had looked up to see if the number was there because it wasn't posted up high like most gas stations do and she acted like I was bothering her by saying she didn't know that I had just driven up. I see now why your store got a rating of "1". I will never go there again and I don't think the man will either because in his words, "If I owned this store both of them would be fired."

While getting coffee & snacks a black lady was SO SO extremely impopous arrogant and plain nasty to myself and my friend. We were asked if we had a ride even though my van was sitting right out front of the doors; I was trying to get my mega millions ticket out of my purse (ladies we all know that's a struggle!) sorry it took more than 30 seconds)) to cash in because it was South Carolina had to run all the way across the border to get it cashed in- she was so impatient she said what can I help you with what can I help you with repeatedly as I was trying to find my ticket and I said I'm just trying to find my ticket ma'am Tapped her fingers, rolled her eyes, crossed her arms; I have just encountered the rudest women ever in any store period! I have never Road 2 miles up the road to write a review for a store; for this so called lady I will!!!! She told us we needed to leave when we were purchasing things ...we were not bothering anyone. We were actually talking to some other black people in the store (while getting coffee) which I think angered her because she herself is black and a racist she does not belong in customer service whatsoever there's no need for racism in this world..We are white good looking females BTW. We then left the store after being treated so disrespectfully Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen I would never treat anyone in this world like that..We are certain this is not the first time she has acted in this manner she should be thankful that she has a job as many of us are struggling and struggling badly while she acts like she owns the chain of Phoenix Marts. This is a well known tourist area being as it is just a few miles north of North Myrtle Beach tourists come year round to enjoy their vacations not to encounter someone that goes out of their way to be a complete jerk. This so called employee needs to not work at ANY store anymore or any customer service related jobs honestly the way that she acted---for so many people who are seeking employment- this RACIST woman deserves NOT ONLY TO BE FIRED BUT DESERVES CRIMINAL HARASSMENT CHARGES PRESSED ...which still may be done. After all that ordeal we left got in my van as I am looking for the keys to my van this lady comes out and says y'all need to leave now-you're loitering we had been in the car no more than one minute I do believe a monkey could sit behind the counter and do a darn finer job than her..when a customer is making small talk with you and trying to make a joke and laugh and chatting about the weather you don't say what do you want as nasty as you can when there's not a single person in line nor in the store. UNREAL. With employees like that I would never step foot in that store again or that chain
