Will never take my kid or have a party there again. The staff was completely unprofessional and spent the whole time texting and doing eachothers hair behind counter. We were overcharged and charged for an autistic toddler. When we went to discuss it, we were presented with attitude and personal jabs. Called the owner who argued everything and condoned his employees being rude to paying customers(no joke) I am completely shocked and disgusted at their lack of customer service. Also, the place was disgustingly dirty. I miss Bounce!

I wish I could give this place a 0! Johnny the owner has no business working with little children. He drug my son up to me by the sleeve of his shirt and told me I need to talk to him about his behavior after three boys lied and said he bit them. I understand boys will be boys and will not play perfectly, but don't accuse someone of being in the wrong until you have gotten to the bottom of the story. My 14 year old nephew saw the whole incident and said the boys were actually pushing my son down and tackling him. Not that it is Jumpin's fault but to add to the story, the mom of the boys said she was calling the police on my 5 year old and flipped me off. Just to warn you of the clientelle they attract... Also their floors are disgustingly dirty. I will NEVER be back in this horrible business again!

I hate the age limits I'm 11 and I have a 9 year old cousin that always wants to go there and I can't go
