I Bought a bedroom group a few years ago and LOVE it. It came with a free mattress but, I was told I could upgrade to a much better mattress for only 200$. I am very happy I did. Our mattress has held up wonderfully and they also have warranty's on there mattresses which made my decision very easy to upgrade. They don't have have free delivery BUT their delivery charge was very low and it came with setup!!!!!!! which was a life saver. They actually set it up and put it where it goes AND HAUL AWAY THE BOXES AND WHAT NOT. The girls working here are lovely as well and very helpful. I would highly recommend them!!!!!!!!

Purchasing Furniture should be fun, not a nightmare. I first layaway-ed a living room set, but went back and paid it off. Was told they had my couch on the floor but they sold the love seat, chair and ottoman but not to worry they were already on order and on there way to the store. Called today 6/16/2014) and was told that the love seat is on the way but the chair and ottoman are now on back order. I asked to cancel my order but was told I could only have a store credit. These people are dishonest and when they mess up they are like OH WELL. Instead of trying to right there wrongs they do nothing to make you ever want to purchase from them again. I was told my furniture would be delivered on a Saturday, and now they are telling me it's will, but I have to pay $120.00. Really??? Do I have to pay for the back order that was on it's way and now it's not to? DON"T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Once they get your money it's all over but the crying. God help you for do people wrong.

I have bought a dining room suite, a display table, a sofa and chair and 2 sets of mattresses and springs at Austin's and have never had any problems with the furniture or the service. The folks at Austin have always been extremely nice to us. I found the dining room furniture I wanted there but couldn't afford it at the time. I went back a year later and described it to the sales lady. She said the furniture was discontinued but she called the company in California. They had one table and a few chairs left. She got the table and 6 chairs for me at half price! Unfortunately, they didn't have the large glass top that went with the table but Austin's sold me a beautiful, beveled edge one they had in the back for $100.00. I was amazed at the price. One of the chairs was damaged when it arrived but they took it back and replaced it immediately. I will always check Austin's first when I need furniture.

I do not recommend anyone to purchase furniture from Austin's. I purchased a bedroom set from them. When the furniture came in the bed post had dents in them and also had a big chip out where the screw go into the footboard. When I expressed my dissatisfication, the salesperson made me aware of the store policy. The store policy is no refunds and you can recieve a store credit. The salesperson also said that the factory that builds the furniture doesn't do quality work. So if you want a longlasting quailty furniture. Don't shop There

I purchased a set from here in 2005 that i still have 6 addresses later. few scratches but what do u expect when you move. I must say though, the matress that i got was HOT GARBAGE, but thats not their fault. better than the nothing i had before. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. The lesson i got was that it's imperative to mattress shop and bed shop separately even on a budget. I upgraded matresse/boxspring and have been fine every since!

i bought some furniture from here about 5 years ago and they were so nice and the prices soooo low that i decided to go back this time around. AND IAM SOO GLAD I DID. i did shop around before making my final choice austins furniture had what i wanted and at a lower price then many other furniture stores i checked. the people are so friendly and very personable i recomend this store to anyone

I just furnished a new bedroom suit from here. I thought I was getting a good deal because the mattress was free. After I got home i decided to call and upgrade the mattress for a plush at an additional $108.00. When I recieved it I saw that it wasnt a plush like I had asked for but he assured me that this was the upgrade that I asked for. Well that night was the worst night of sleep ever. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete. I called the next morning to tell them that it was definitely wrong and they took all day to get back in touch with us. I had to call several times and only for them to tell me that I had to keep the mattress or downgrade and not get my money back. Also the footboard was scratched up so they are actually replacing that. I do not recommend buying from here at all.

This company has the worst customer service!! Furniture was over 3 weeks late arriving and was supposed to be delivered during the day but arrived after 7pm on a Friday night. They did not contact me to let me know of the delay but waited until I contacted them. Then they offered only excuses and no compensation for my patience and the inconvenience furniture delay caused. I was also told I paid for this furniture in full when I ordered it and the day that they delivered it I was informed that I owed an additional $100 in CASH ONLY for the delivery fee. Will NEVER buy from again. Save your time and money and AGGRAVATION and go elsewhere!!!
