Our first encounter with this Vet Clinic was absolutely amazing. All staff members are friendly, accommodating, compassionate, and very helpful. Our dog had an abscess due to one of her bum glands being infected. They gave us a very fair price on the surgery and care. We brought her in every day for 2 weeks straight in order to flush the wound and they didn't charge us a dime! We even brought her in 2x per day on a few occasions b/c it was so difficult to do it ourselves. Our dog even managed to rip out 2 of her stitches, which was completely our fault for taking off that awful cone from her head, and they didn't even make us feel guilty or charge us extra. This Animal Hospital is our new home for animal care and we highly recommend their services to everyone we know! I am so thankful there are good vets out there to make trying times a bit easier. :-)

I have been a customer of Pine Banks for over 20 years. They have always been caring and quick to respond to my pets needs. The support people are curtious and do their job very well. The vets and technicians are experienced and attentive to my pets conditions and to date we have had great results. CD

The place is dirty it looks like they never clean the floor or sweeo. The front desk people are rude. The vets there all have completely diffrent styles. I will never bring my animal there again. I will give it one start because the Vet Techs are friendly and caring and the only thing good about that place.
