Do not trust these people with you pet. They let there unlicensed unqualified help practice on my pet. I have the proof. My sweet healthy angel is dead because of this. The owner Deborah kelloway does this all the time. She doesn't care what happens to her patients. Avc is a death trap hell hole. I don't know how AVC is allowed to even call themselves advanced care what a joke. No one is board certified. It's all public information.
AVC the name is very deceiving and false they claim to be advanced veterinary care. They do not have any advanced license not board certified at all . And they do not have any special training . The DRs on at night have no extra training in emergency at all. So please beware.
So my poor dog has been battling cancer and he was slowly losing. And I it was his time. I called Avc to talk to them about have him put to sleep. My boy has been sick for awhile he became very thin. They say to me he needs to have a check up and tests first . He has already been through all that there was nothing that could be done. Very insensitive people. So I found a nice veterinarian that helped us. I will never go to AVC again. I would suggest you do the same. Find a good one. Avc is not a good one.
Don't ever take your pet to this place. My sweet healthy dog is dead. They couldn't manage to do a minor procedure without killing him . Then they send me an apology letter. Dr Herr said I should use a board certified Dr next time. Yes that's right and I am supposed to except that..wow so be warned do your research and don't ever go to this awful place. Or the one in Concord it is the same owner.Dr kelloway could care less. Rip my little boy.
Worst place ever. They are not board certified and don't feel the need to tell you. l learned the hard way. I bought my dog in for a minor procedure I was not informed about any risk other than the anaesthesia. Then after he died during the procedure. I found out what happen was very preventable with the proper training and equipment. I have been talking with another Dr. That had never experienced anything like what happen to my dog. They also sent me a letter explaining/apologizing for what happened. They didn't even offer replacement cost or to pay for his cremation. My dog. Has been by my side For 12years that morning he was running around playing with his toys 3hours later he was dead from having a one tooth removed. I made the biggest mistake I will regret the rest of my life. I was warned the day before not to go there I didn't listen they seemed nice... Don't make the same mistake. Do your research.Rip my love

We travel full time in an RV and were staying in New Hampshire for a few days when we realized that our dog was telling us it was time for her to leave us. She had survived cancer and had bad arthritis, but she was slipping away, no knowing where she was or what was going on. She had also stopped eating, no matter what I tried to do. Dr. Kelloway and the staff at AVC were amazing. They were so loving and caring. It was as though finding them was meant to be. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top group of people for their wonderful pets.

I do not recommend anybody bringing there pets to AVC!!!! Just had the worst experience with my cat. The Dr.'s and staff made me feel like I was imagining my cat sickness. Which was hairballs that was still stuck in her throat. But instead they decided to give me a laundry list of things that could be wrong and how much it will cost. Wrong... My friend recommend her vet and yup I was not imaging anything!! A very upset pet owner....do not go to AVC!!!!!

July, 2013--my 2 1/2 y.o doxie ingested D-con and started bleeding 5 days later, we rushed to AVC-a long drive--but they were waiting for us and took my Sarge right into an exam room, clotting times were drawn and FFP was unthawed quickly--2 of the side effects besides bleeding are high temp and rapid breathing. Dr. Kelloway and staff pulled my little guy thru a very difficult time. He is improving every day. I can't say enough good things about AVC. CW and Sarge

Dr Kelloway and her fantastic staff have helped us over the years with several of our pets. They are competent, caring, and dedicated professionals. Dr Kelloway identified a medical issue with my 10 week old puppy that no one else thought possible - she was right! And recently she diagnosed and treated successfully a digestive problem with our cat that had been undiagnosed elsewhere. I cannot thank them enough - and, they treat you like family!!!

Dr. Kelloway and the staff at AVC are top notch, caring professionals! They truly understand the meaning that your pet is your family member and are socompassionate and empathetic. After going to our regular vet for over 20 years, we have recently switch to AVC.
We LOVE Dr. Kelloway. She is amazing. My dog accidentally (or at least I think it was an accident), had gotten into a Rum and Coke, and was horribly drunk. Even though it was a weekend, I was able to reach her directly and immediately for her input and treatment. She really cares about all animals and goes the extra mile.
I was completely happy with the service at AVC. I have taken my cats here several times and they were treated with great skill and kindness. The staff is very pleasant and the location is easily accessible to both Manchester and Londonderry. The facility is clean and state of the art.

Highly recommend AVC and Dr Kelloway. Very caring and professional. Not only a great vet but now emergency service as well. Dr Kelloway is very well trained with ultra sound equipment to be able to diagnose your pets problems .
Dr. Kelloway has diangosed and performed surgery on two of my pets...all with extraordinarily positive results. Her keen sense of analysis, her caring attitude and her diagnostic abilities make her the veterinarian to trust with the health and well-being of your pet. She is first rate in all respects.
After moving here from CA and using my parents local vet in MA..I finally found a vet in NH. Dr Kelloway has been amazing..She emails me when needed to follow up on any issue I may have had with my dog Riley..and the service is fantastic. I am so happy to now have 24 hr access. I highly recommend her practice - Lisa Natale
Recently we had the misfortune of having to put down our beloved dog. Kids and I were so sad, but after a little time, my daughter wanted a kitten. I called my usual vet in Salem and the fee for neutering was going to be close to $450 with all pretests, check ups etc.( He already has his shots) I called AVC at the recommendation of a friend, and learned that the cost was $99 . I brought Marty in in the morning with his rabies certificate, and by 3 pm picked him up. It was truly $99.00 and they even clipped his nails. THe center is immaculate and the staff so nice. Highly recommend!!!
