For the last two decades SIR Credit Union provided me with everything I need. Before they were my primary bank I used another company and that other company was horrible. They had bad customer service, they didn't' care about me as a person and there's no way I would ever go back to them. SIR is the complete opposite. They care about me as an individual, which is very important to me. The professionalism and knowledge keeps me confident in them. Also, their rates are good for loans. Lastly, they are quick and efficient. They are able to give me an answer about anything from my accounts or if I'm applying for a loan. I'm glad I'm with a credit union that cares about me and I will never leave them. -Terri

The people at SIR Credit Union are what I really like most about being a member there. They are very friendly, welcoming, personable and they always greet me by name when I come in. For over 15 years they have been handling my accounts and I've never had an issue. Most of the time I'll just go into the branch location to handle my business and they are always prompt and professional. I'm happy with them and I'm sure there will be many more years of happiness with them. -David
