Went to Dr. O'Connor because she was an osteopathand I had heard that they could sometimes help withfoot problems doing an adjustment. She kept me waiting for two hours while she "checked to make sure I wasn't abusing doctors for drugs" and the service was down.I told her I was holistic. Why would she assume I was a drug abuser? I mentioned I'd had acid reflux for a few years. She immediately wanted to schedule me for gall bladder surgery without an exam or a test, or anything.I had problems getting an appointment because she thought my insurance was unacceptable. (Anthem/Blue Shield).I called the company and was told she was on the list. I had to give her the CODE number proving coverage. It couldn't have been a more miserable visit. I left feeling like a cretin.Would never ever go back.
