I felt the need to the review based on the negative review that someone wrote based only on a phone call,

I've used Mark several times over the past 15yrs. He is easy to deal with, prompt, professional, and most importantly very experienced. He has done a no-heat call on a furnace for me. He has fixed multiple appliances at my rentals and my house for me and my wife. The first time I used Mark he fixed a Kenmore range that Kenmore service didn't fix. It is a crap shoot as to whether the big firms will send someone who is any good. Mark is a 30 yr expert. Great to have such a local expert. I'm calling him on Monday for a 2yr old dishwasher that is not running through its cycle :-)

I needed to get my dryer fixed - I dealt with Mark, who owns the business and does the repair work. I was glad to see he's a local small business owner and has been fixing appliances for over 30 years.



I scheduled an appointment, then I had to reschedule - he was very accomodating - was able to come on my day off and was here right when he said he'd be.



He was upfront about the cost of the labor & part before starting the work... and the cost was right around what others on the internet said it would be. He was finished in less than an hour.



Mark seemed like a good guy - and he did good work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Wow. This guy was so obnoxious on the phone, I had to hang up just from the frustration of talking to him. And all I was trying to do was set up a service call for a central AC unit! After getting quotes from several different companies in the area (with no problems!) I decided to try calling ABC again, thinking maybe it was just a miscommunication. Nope! Stay away!

Very punctual and professional! He gave me an approximate time frame so I didn't have to take a day off from work. He was able to educate me on how to maintain my appliances to avoid future problems. Thumbs up!!
