After a catastrophic hail storm in Jackson, MS, where I live, all the local body shops had more business than they could handle. So I decided to look out of town for a repair shop. On a recommendation, I took my car to Memphis Collision. Wow. Just wow. I had extensive damage to my car, but it looks and operates like a new car. Plus, their professional, courteous and responsive customer service exceeded anything I've experienced in a while. They are located conveniently near I-40 so they are easy to find, especially for someone like me who isn't familiar with Memphis. Highly, highly recommended.

I have used Bob and his team of professionals many times. They go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with the service you receive. If you are not using this team to complete repairs to your car or truck then you are simply not getting the best service. They can be counted on for minor or major repairs.

Excellent work and attention to detail. After I hit a deer with my performance car, not only did it need body work and mechanical repair, but the alignment at high speeds was also off.



Bob realized that other outside sources had not used the correct parameters that my S2000 needed, and he went so far as go to their shop and have their machines recalibrated specifically for my car by the manufacturer, to be sure it was correct and perfect. Now it looks, drives and handles perfectly--good as it was off the showroom floor! Highly recommend--5 star quality.
