      Very Unreliable Cleaning Service!!!

      I turned in my wedding dress to them in April of 2009 for routine cleaning and preservation. After numerous follow up calls and messages, I was never able to reach Carol (the wedding dress coordinator) or any employee that could tell me the status or timeline of when I could expect to have the dress ready to pick-up. After 4.5 months of un-returned phone calls and frustration I decided to pick up the dress- regardless of status- and find a more competent cleaning service. When I arrived the dress was in the exact same condition it had been in when dropped off, and then I was asked to leave when I asked for a copy of their internal tracking reciept (which they promptly crumpbled into a ball and refused to give to me). I would highly recommend anyone considering Long Cleaners for their dress cleaning service to reconsider, or be willing to go through this ridiculous drawn out process.
