This salon is the most professional fun salon I've ever been too. I wanted extensions but was afraid of the cost. And I worried about damaging my real hair. Not the case affordable and will not damage hair. Matthew Scott is my new hair stylist what a pro and very knowledgeable and fun. I'm never going anywhere else.

Salon Nova provides the best service in the country. I know it is a bold statement, but I travel all over the United States and have lived in downtown Chicago Magnificent Mile Area for 10 years. I am so satisfied with not only the beautiful lashes Nova has created for me, but with the way I am treated by all of the talented professionals at this salon. Nova owns the salon (obviously) and there is definitely pride in ownership. This industrious young man and his staff provide a myriad of luxury services. Among the products and services he provides, my favorites are his lash products that he patented himself and Michael’s Keratin treatment. The salon itself is just like Nova, stylish and calm. Even though he is extremely busy, he has somehow managed to avoid the horrible noisy bustle that other high profile salons can not seem to avoid.

Working for a plastic surgeon for 15 years has given me insight as to what beauty is and what natural looks like. In other words, I have opportunity to go anywhere and I know my stuff! I choose Nova for his natural looking results. I am constantly asked how I got my lashes to grow like this. They are always surprised to find that they are extensions and immediately want Nova’s contact information. One word of warning though, always have breath mints because people get close trying to figure out if your lashes are real or not.
