He represents secured creditors and landlords seeking relief from the automatic stay to enforce security interests or eviction proceedings. He also represents creditors seeking to object to discharge or determine the non-discharge ability of debt. Actively litigates in the Bankruptcy Court in adversary proceedings and other litigation and handle appeals of decisions of the Bankruptcy Court.
