I wanted to relax and instead I had my face criticized (asking if I drink water and wash face before bed). If I wanted a consultation on my face I would have asked. I make very little money so when I spend $65 it's a big deal! The staff member did not stop talking the entire time - unprofessional! I am not there to talk to you or entertain you I am there for a service. The scalp and neck massage left much to be desired. Next time I will try artisan.
