Unhelpful and Rude to start the visit off, they continued to tell me that my razor burn looked like herpes! Insisted on a STD check after telling her I have sensitive skin, the reaction happens all the time and Ive been tested every visit.I was informed that if my reoccuring infection came back I could be put on a monthly prescription. Well I asked for a copy of my records to see if I qualified for a program with free medication and didnt qualify,so because I asked for a copy of my own records for the program to see what Specific diagnosis I was given, I can no longer be treated as a patient/receive the monthly meds I was told about simply because I asked for a copy of my own records. The receptionist literally said "we ASSUMED since you requested a copy of your records, you were tranferring obgyns and we do not accept back tranfer-patients. So then I talked to the office manager to see if I could explain the mistake on their end and see if they could do something for me,nothing at all
