Our technician, Rick Sablan, quickly discovered he needed to do more than we had been told by the crew that delivered our appliance. He explained the problem and how to solve it in language we both understood. He was fast, professional, and did not leave a mess to be cleaned up. Next time we need a plumber we will contact Bonney Plumbing, request Rick to be our technician, and wait until he is available to make the call.

Although the water leak was repaired, and the repairman was nice enough, he was easily distracted from the task at hand (joking around) which apparently caused him to misquote me the final price for the job. I specifically asked him if the cost of finding the leak was included in the fee he quoted me to fix the leak, and he responsed that it did-I have 2 witnesses that he said it was included. When he was done, it cost me an additional $500, and I was not happy! Then he said he would be back the next day to fill in the concrete that he had to remove, and 6 days later, no one had returned to finish the job or call me to say there would be a delay. I placed a call to their office to lodge a complaint and find out when the job would be completed, and STILL have not heard from anyone. Bad customer service. Not happy with how this has been handled (or more specifically, not handled) and won't be using them again.

When I called Bonney Plumbing for help, the super friendly CSR's didn't make me explain what the problem was down to the details (I'm a woman, remember?) they were helpful and professional and immediately assisted me. They were able to come out that same day within three hours. I had to run a couple of errands but they were able to call me on my mobile phone when they were on they're way up to 45 minutes in advance! Who does that?! When the tech arrived, he was clean, friendly and didn't smell like sewer drains. His hands were even clean. As he walked into my home he had the courtesy to put on shoe covers and cover alls. After diagnosing the problem the tech gave me a written and verbal diagnosis of what the problem was, what was needed for the repairs and what it would cost for him to do it, absolutely free of charge!. Had Bonney Pluming come out to give me price for recessing refigerator water line into the wall.Written estimate was for $295 to turn the valve into the wall and replace the existing valve. This was with the "Senior Discount". The oral quote was over $420 if I wanted to have the valve installed in a recessed box, "like the new houses have". I asked how long the job would take. Was told it would be a 20 to 40 min job just to turn the valve into the wall and replace it with a new valve.. Allowing $35 or so for the valve that is still somewhere between $800 (20min)and $400 (40min)per hour. I declined. I had the valve recessed and installed in a recessed box the next day. It took about 20 min to turn the valve into the wall and another 20 min to install it into recessed box. The handyman charged me $110.00 including parts.

I am reserving judgement until later. I am very pleased so far, but I have been burned before.

If you are anywhere in the Sacramento Area give Bonney Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning a call if you have any sewer, drain or plumbing problems. They are so nice, I live in Lincoln and they will even come all the way out to the Lincoln Sun City Foothills area.

I am not pleased with the service and feel I was completely overcharged. I had a plummer arrive to the house to address an issue with no hot water, after 3 hours he was stumped. Booney then sent out another plummer who was able to identify the problem right away. After to speaking with other professionals in the business the first plummer should have handled the issue. I essentially paid twice to have the job done. I would not recommend using this company.

After an initial detection fee, I appreciated being given a final price for the job regardless of roadblocks, length of time, or supplies required to complete the job. Though I'm sure there is a built-in cushion in the price for such expenses; knowing the final price ahead of time was piece of mind for me. After leak detection (3 hours) and repair (7 hour job) for a very hard-to-find under slab leak with pipes both in attic and under slab, I was given a referral to a local drywall repair company (Artisian Drywall) to repair the 4 walls that were involved.. I was very pleased with both Bonney Plumbing and Artisian Drywall employees as it realtes to their timeliness, professionalism, honesty, knowledge of work performed, tidiness during and after the job, as well as an understandable explanation of what to expect. Highly recommend both companies and will keep their numbers available should I need them in the future...will call them without hesitation.

not trust anyone else. Their plumbers are all clean cut respectful guys and they come ready to work with their trucks fully loaded with parts/tools. I am very satisfied with all of my encounters with Bonney Plumbing and highly recommend them to everyone!

I've never posted a review about a company before, but I've received such consistent & outstanding service from this company that I was prompted to post my feedback. If you're looking for a great plumbing company - this is the one to call! My family has used the services of Bonney Plumbing for several years. They're the only plumbing company we would consider using. They are always able to figure out the best approach to solving the plumbing problem - no matter how complex. They deliver outstanding customer service, free estimates and excellent workmanship. This is not a 'typical' plumbing company. Different plumbers from this same company have done work at our home. Each plumber has been clean-cut, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and very professional. Our most recent repair was a water heater replacement. The building inspector said the installation was the best he'd seen and said "Oh - if Bonney did the work, you don't have anything to worry about!" This company is great!!!

I made a call to them mid morning because I had a leak under my sink. They were able to get someone to me the same day. The plumber showed up on time. He was neat and clean. He put booties over his shoes before he walked into my house. I showed him the problem and he gave me a price to fix it. I said ok. to the price. It wasn't cheap, but he got the job done and I have had no other problems. I have called other plumbers in the past and have had lousy service and dirty guys come to my home. Bonney Plumbing was none of that and I will use them for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anybody needing a competent plumber.

I have used Bonney Plumbing for over 5 years now with nothing but exceptional customer service from the time I call in for service to the plumber that arrives. The plumbers arrive on time, trucks clean, the plumbers wear booties without me even asking. They look at the job I need done, wrote me up an estimate, all BEFORE he did anything. I never felt like I was being talked down to as a woman (who knows nothing about plumbign I might add) I felt as though they really cared to help me. I was so impressed I have them come to my business now too. I recommed all my friends and family to Bonney Plumbing and would trust no one else to my home or business again!
