Great Experience during the actual buying transaction.....because they want the money!!! WORST, absolute WORST, experience afterwards. The detail person was backed up the day we bought the car and drove it home so we agreed to bring it back for the detailing.......well, in-between the time we took the car home and the time we brought it back we heard loud noises coming from the engine and the passenger side mirror stopped folding in. So, when we brought it back for detailing there was a list of things to also repair......one thing was repaired and still no detail....they had the car for almost 3 weeks and never once had them call me for an update, I was the one doing all the calling. My husband picked up the car and realized it was never detailed, and it was actually dirtier than we had left it. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
