I greatly appreciate that they were able to come to our house quickly. The people who worked with me were very nice and friendly - however - I could have done without the F-bomb from the guy who came to fix our busted pipes and he could have thrown his cigarette butts in the garbage instead of leaving them in our basement where he was working - this also lets me know he was smoking in my basement. They also left all the pipes and valves they cut out on the basement floor. So, $780 later, I have my frozen pipes fixed and a little mess in my basement to clean up. For $780 I think they should have taken the trash out themselves. Again - the people were nice who came to the house but left me confused regarding professionalism.

Jeremy Abrams was tech on call at Greenwell Plumbing,he responded within 15-30 min of putting in a call. Called two other plumbers prior as well, never received a return call. Marc with Checkmarc htg and cooling referred Greenwell. He provided upfront costs due to being a weekend call and timely ETA. All actions from that time were as reasonable and timely. Called ahead to give us progress on visit and arrival. Once he arrived, he was kind, curious and right to the source of our problem. He was very specific to his actions and didn't waste time and kept us informed on next steps if they were out of bounds toward our repair.

Truly a delight in this day and age of scams and poor customer service. Job well done!

Scott Elliott performed work for us this morning - all I can say is he is top notch! Not only polite and courteous but good work - cleaned up all of his mess! We've had him before and will continue to request him for work in our home.
