Hamel, Waxler, Allen & Collins was established in 1981. The founding attorneys strongly believed that it was important to make all members of the community aware of their varied legal rights. Shortly thereafter, Hamel, Waxler Allen & Collins became one of the first law firms to bring legal information to the general public through the media. Newspapers, radio and television were employed to educate the average citizen concerning important aspects of the law. From this beginning Hamel, Waxler, Allen & Collins has become one of the premier personal injury law firms in southeastern New England. Our lawyers serve southeastern Massachusetts and all of Rhode Island. We have successfully represented thousands of accident victims in cases ranging from catastrophic injuries and death, to minor short-term problems.
