the corporate location is ...1 Chase Manhattan Plaza #41, New York, NY 10005 & I know this because Raeso told me to go online and find it because he didnt know it. Oh Raeso is a Mgr. over the adjusters from what he told me.Let me start off by saying Terrible Terrible Terrible My worse experience EVER!!!... Now they got me with the person initially setting up my policy I had alot of questions for her because my friend house was just recently robbed and the Represntative was great but I have just come to find out that she was a liar well Raeso made it seem at the end ( long story sorry )but I said to the representative initially when i was making a decision on what company and if this type of insurance was right for me that I had things that I didn't have reciepts for so, (old things , gifts etc.) did I need to name those items she said no dont worry about that and the items would be covered thats not true well what Raeso said was they are not supposed to say that but, another long story & this is already long enough and not even close to everything that has been happening to me The customer service was Terrible I updated my info with about 5 to 6 different people with over half saying they didnt see the updated info the adjusters were very mean, rude & inconsiderate I'm the one who lost property!?..... and my adjusters must have been the wicked witches of the West... Mean...Mean i really wanted to cry and say forget it and I'll get my little things back slowly like I got them the first time with hard work because the experience was THE WORST EVER and this so called MGR. didnt know the corporate office number said I can go online and get that too " I said so what if I didnt have a computer he was obviously on one and didnt look it up for me..then I asked him the CEO's name... Raeso said it.. -and didnt know the spelling he must be new .. Well Mr. Pollack i guess being a CEO really doesnt mean anything these days because Raeso said and I qoute" it doesnt matter who I talk to above him the result would be the same"
