GREAT OIL COMPANY

This company has gone down hill in the past several years. It took them over two seasons to replace my two thermostats in my home and charged me an out rages price. Then they installed a new hot water heating tank the price I was quoted I was told included the electrician to complete the installation. Ihad to pay for that. I am a 100% disabled vet and they refused to deliver oil to me during the cold weather. Dianne the office Manager try to talk down to people, and needs to take communications classes to talk to people
