Not so good as a vet. Not sure who wrote those reviews but that last one from 4-25-12 is true. I have called to get a appt. and the gal that answers the phone is very rude and seemed like she rather be someone else then at work helping the animals. I was left on hold for 10min!!! Then finnaly gave up and found another vet that got me in and the staff was great!!!

I called in to get an emergency appt. for my dogs eye. when i adopted him from the pound he only has one eye, so saving his only eye saved is really important . after i explained this to the receptionist, was very rude and acted like she didnt even care. the first appointment was in two days! I will never go there again!

Finally found a Vet for my cats! Valley Lyons Pet Clinic took care of my cat and they're affordable (I'm a college student). I was so impress with how they fit me in when my cat had an emergency, they took care of my cat! The office called me the next day to see how my cat was doing and gave me some suggestions on how to make my cat feel comfortable. When I went back to have her rechecked they didn't charge me an office visit. I've been to a few Vets in the Santa Clarita area and I can finally call Valley Lyons Pet my Vet.

Valley Lions is the only vet I would recommend to anyone in the SCV. Dr Braunstein and her staff is extemely honest and caring. I brought my cat Chimi in because he was sick. The staff was honest from the beginning with his prognossis and did all that they could to save him for two days. When he took a turn for the worse, they contacted me and ensured that my last moments with him were special. Needless to say they showed compassion all the way to the end and even days later. That is why I am I recommending them to everyone with a pet.

I have been a customer with Valley Lyons Pet hospital since day one! The staff have always been caring and kind to all my animals over the years!!!! Dr. Kwon is the best Vet I have ever known and all my animals love him and I feel very confident with his treatments and care! I have sent many friends to him and all have been so very happy! Use Valley Lyons pet hospital and Dr. Kwon with confidence!!!!!!

The staff is ruder, all they care about is raising there prices. There hours change all the time like there staff. I don't know how may times i have left messages for the doctor to call me back, and he never dose. I went there and had my dogs teeth cleaned, and the added all this other stuff on that i did not ask for. The next day when i called because i was having problems with my baby..... i was ether left on hold, or told he will call me back. What happened next well i had to go to a emergency place and it cost me $5,000.00 to try and save my baby from everything they did. Sadly my baby passes away and still never heard back from them. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR BABY'S!!!!!

I went to valley lyons because my friend told me about there low cost vaccs clinic. I was very pleased on how wonderful the staff was , and you can tell how they love pets. They helped answer all my questions as i'm a first time mommy of my puppy. The place is very clean. I would tell anyone of my friends to go there.

I had to take my pet here not too long ago, and I have to say from the moment you walk in the door , until you leave you can tell that these people love animals. The girls at the front desk are wonderful... they are so nice and helpful, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. The entire staff is experienced and knowledgable. The doctors are gentle and compassionate. A very well-kept and clean facility. Estimates are important here, you know exactly what you are getting for affordable prices. You can tell that the doctor does not care about money, this place really puts your pet's health and needs before anything. I would never take my pets any where else.
