I called in advance to ask if they could fix a snap on a leather jacket, they said they could and I bought in the jacket. They said it would be ready in a week and they would call me. They did not call, the phone number on their invoice is out of service. They never called and after a week and I googled a different ph #, I called only to learn they could not fix jacket. Why could they not let me know?
