I love this store and all of the knowledge they have about flooring. This was my first time buying new floors, so I reached out to Rabern Nash being they have been around since 1946. Let me tell you, Tim was a delight to work with and helped me with my lvt and carpet selections. The installers were very nice and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Rabern Nash if you are in the need of new flooring.

I worked with Mel and his installers on many occasions with many installations. The toughest being a 1500sq.ft. church dining hall. This involved a two color vinyl checker-board pattern set on the diagonal. Once laid, all seams had to be heat welded. A lot of tedious work all done exceptionally well.

Just had a bid on resurfacing my kitchen floor. The manager, Tim, did the bid. Assured me that the bid price was ALL INCLUSIVE. When the proposal arrived, in the disclaimers it showed that they do not trim doors. When I called the store to question why they did not honor their original guidelines on what was included, I was told by Tim that they don't do doors. End of subject. When I pressed him, he said end of subject and abruptly hung up on me. Some way to do business. I would be very careful about doing business with such unprofessional immature business people
