Pizza crust was very hard wings were great

Took 4 hours for delivery after I paid online. Email stated 2. Called over and over and they would not answer the phone, picked up one time and put receiver back on. I drove to the store to get a refund and hardly no one was in there as far as customers. Manager was overly rude and I requested the main office number to complain. Terrible customer service and a shame for such a busy area! Home office needs to step up and get things straightened out. Do not even want to give 1 star....

I was having a stressful day and hesitated to take all five of my children in somewhere to eat. But we stopped anyway. From the time we came in until the time we left everyone was so pleasant and outgoing and ready to serve. We need more restaurants like this is the myrtle beach area!! Way to go Josh on being an outstanding waiter!! You need a raise!!

horrible! tried to order food 20 minutes before close and was told I called the wrong store and needed to call another pizza hut almost 8 miles away and then when I immediately called back (multiple times) my calls were ignored. my guess would be they were just too lazy to make my food. they also told me that if I wanted to order I must have it delivered and could not pick it up.

worst customer service I've ever had in my life. my husband & I are damn near starving & the waitress was extra stupid....messing up our order....didn't bring silverware or sauce 4 wings....smh....even worse things but im tired of typing!!!!
