We purchased a new 5th wheel RV in late December of 2017 while visiting Florida. We originally went to Bushnell, but they did not have what we wanted. We left Florida and went to North Carolina and discovered some things that needed repair. Arrangements were made to have the work done in NC and when the dealership there attempted to file the claim they were told that the warranty had not been registered by the Ocala dealership. It is now the end of March and the problem still has not been resolved. We have called at least 10 times and have been promised that it would be resolved with no results or have had to leave a message that was never acknowledged. Very poor service:>(

I don't understand why anyone would leave them a bad review they went above and beyond to satisfy me. I bought a 2010 33 ft fifth wheel with a 4 year warranty and got a fifth wheel hitch installed in my truck all inclusive with tax title and tag for under 150 a month. You really can't beat the price they have the best prices around. And there customer service is outstanding I can't say enough about Tyler from sale he is amazing very informative and found our family of five a perfect fit all while having three screaming cranky kids with us. And Cale from sales was awesome got the monthly finance rate and interest right where we needed it with a small down payment under 1,000. Americano the manger is also an awesome guy. And the tech that did the walk thru spent over a hour showing us how to work our new camper explained every little detail made sure all of our carbon monoxide lp detectors and smoke detectors work I wish I would of got his name. They really do care about there customers. Also the service techs did a same day hitch install and stayed after hours just so I could take it out for the weekend. I have to give this place props. One of the best buying experiences I've had. Thank you so much I will refer any one I can. I went all out of town and all over the place even to campingworld and had a poor experience I'm so glad we chose you. And hats off to Tyler Make sure to go to the one on nw gainsville rd in Ocala

We first dealt with this company years ago when we consigned our fleetwood Revolution with them.. It was in perfect condition but the market had just gone sour on Pushers. Two years later we bought a used gas driven smaller RV. We loved it and took a five month cross country trip without one incident. they are the best. They go way above & beyond to accomodate exactly what you are looking for & work with you to stay within your budget. They are a top notch team company.

This is a review from a real customers! This place is great if you want to be ripped off or have thing promised to you and NEVER get it. This place is awesome if you want to be over charged or be lied to. If you are looking to buy or trade in your R.V maybe you need work done on it. This isn't the place to go! I'm a disabled Veteran and they ripped me and my family off. My Unit has been in the shop longer than I have owned it. The manufacturer warranty is going to run out before I even have a chance to use it. All I can say is I should of done a lot more research online. I have talked to the G.M,one of the owners and that was a waste of time. Now I'm stuck with a payment every month. It's going on 8 months now in for repairs. If you never bought a R.V before like me , ask a family member or friends for help. This place loves people that , they see you coming and they are already counting the money!

We spent many hours searching for an RV and found that for the price and service Americas Choice beat the competition beyond measure. WE especially enjoyed our sales rep David Killbride,along with all the staff. They have put forth a lot of time in to helping us find just the right deal and even though we have not been able to buy our RV due to circumstances beyond control they did not make us feel bad and been totally awesome. We will most definitely be there when the time is right.

.I consigned my 2012 5th wheel with America Choice RV in October 2014. The RV sold on 24 July 2015. The new owners took possession on 14 Aug yet I saw no money until I threatened legal action and negative reviews on 29 August. At that time, I received a call back within 10 min and the money was wired to my account within hours. Between 24 July and 29 Aug, I called 17 times and emailed 7 times requesting an explanation on why I had not been paid. The new owners took possession despite my explicit instructions that the RV not leave the lot until I had been paid. Emails were replied to stating they would tell accounting. When I did speak with someone, I was told accounting had been given the message or they would offer to transfer me to accounting or I was told anyone in management was with a customer but would call me right back. They never did.

I bought my unit in November and still waiting for it. The still own me parts. They charged me $617.02 for a generator that costs $329.00. This company has know respect for Veterans. They fill you with hope's and dreams and then you buy it and you feel like what did I just do!I should of went to camping world. If I could they would have a zero rating!

We learned a few days before we arrived to take delivery of our camper that our original salesperson was transferred to another department and we believe that may have caused our situation to become complicated. On the day we arrived to take delivery, we received apologies from every employee involved and they all bent over backwards to please us above and beyond our expectations. Overall, we left as satisfied customers, would recommend America Choice RV to anyone in the market for and RV and would purchase from them again.

Kevin Kalmar gave us very good service and was very pleasant. He showed us several RVs and we picked one and Kevin has worked with us to get the one we wanted.Service has been great and we are picking up the RV tomorrow after work.
