      I am very happy with my service, the service was good. The technician was a nice and good guy as well as the fact that of all the looking around and checking he did. I mean he checked everything, and I'm glad because that is what I wanted him to do. He also answered all my questions. It was a good day. Cawley

      All I can say is that I have had many companies come out time and time again and tell me that I need a new unit. I have went years with my system not cooling my home. I set up to have a tune up and another estimate for a new system. Not only was Promag willing to give me a free estimate, but your technician was able to help my unit blow cold air with very little cost. Thank you! You guys are amazing!!! The Bernards

      I had an AC company that I have been using for years but my AC had stopped working so I called Promag to see if they could come out and see what was wrong with it. They were very polite and I am so glad that I called them and gave them a chance. I will be using Promag for all my AC services. I am very happy with them. Ms. Dudas
