Very poor customer service. Went in for a simple flat repair. These dill weeds try to sell me nitrogen, again. I had spent the $26 or so extra to have nitrogen pot BACK into the tires I had purchased three months back. Supposedly a one time charge for the lifetime of the tire. Well they put regular air back into it because I had to buy the N2 again, and to top it off they just threw my spare, which was on my truck, back in the bed, they didn't even put it back where it goes. Samuel at the counter was very hateful, rude, and pushy. Told me my tires needed to be replaced, I have 8000 miles on them, they didn't need replaced. Refused to tell me managers name and contact information. I ended up going to the 3rd Street location to get the information, Zack there willingly gave me name and number to the Yukon manager, and the assistant district managers name and number, on top of that fixed everything Yukon had done wrong. I don't expect red carpet treatment, I just expect customer service to be friendly and courteous, and the people doing the job to do it right. They shouldn't rely on another location to fix their screw ups.
