      Absolutely the worst customer service ever. We bought over $100 worth of stuff. We went to return a heavy well crafted bowl that had scratched up damage in one area that took some force. They accused us of the damage! And they have a return policy and we’re almost not going to give us the exchange. And the RUDENESS and unprofessionalism was over the top!!

      I have shopped in this store several times on my visits to Palm Desert. I have found it very high end and as the reviewer above says, not a place for children. My experience with the proprietors has been excellent. I plan to return as they carry some lines of entertainment items that I can't find elsewhere.

      I've been reading some of the negative reviews on YELP and my experience with this store and the proprietors were nothing but positive. It seems those who've posted negative reviews, all seem to have come in with kids, probably letting them run loose. This is not the type of store, where kids can be allowed to run loose, unsupervised, possibly damaging merchandise or hurting themselves. They have a lot of very high end, expensive products, not a place for children to play and explore.
