I went over the weekend with my best friend to go shopping for her wedding dress. She was pressured to make a decision THAT day, even before trying on ANY dresses. Right from the start we were completely uncomfortable. We were in so many words told to keep our opinions to ourselves, even when I told my friend she looked beautiful in a dress, I was asked to respect the brides opinion! My friend was only allowed to try on 5 dresses that were picked out for her- from their "HUGE" selection. IShe was again pressured to choose the one she just liked the best out of the 5 she tried on, even though she knew it wasn't 'the one'. Shopping for your wedding dress should be an exciting and fun time-- not something that you leave in tears! I would NEVER recommend anyone shop here. ALL they see in their eyes are dollar signs, they are not interested in customer service!! VERY Dissapointing experience!

I purchased my Wedding gown and my bridal party gowns from here. They were very helpful and nice right up until I paid for the dresses, then customer service went out the window. My dress took longer to arrive then promised and almost a year after ordering my bridal party dresses with less then a month to my wedding I am still waiting for them to arrive. They can not tell me that they will arrive in time and every time I call I am rushed off the phone pretty well hung up on and they insist on calling me dear. You are a bride and you want the day to be special, plaining a wedding is stressful enough why add having to worry about if a dress you ordered well in advance will be here in time on your list of things to have to worry about.

When we first walked into Cinderella, the owner was not there. the woman who waited on us, was very very helpful. MY daughters dress was in the window about 1 month before she arrived, and after trying on several other dresses I knew this was the one for her. no one PUSHED us into buying, NO one came to us with any surveys and she did not have to pay to try on dresses. The owner is a shrewd BUSINESS woman; however, she did help our daughter by discounting the dress and discounting her veil. we were told this dress was an original, designed by the owner. it was very expensive, but the look on the grooms face as my daughter walked down the aisle was well worth it. She was the most beautiful bride I have ever seen; and the dress was magnificent.

I did not have a good experience with this store from the moment I walked in. The owner of the store will provide you with a survey to fill out upon your arrival. One of the questions was "If you find a dress today would you be willing to purchase today?" When I answered honestly, stating that if I were to see something that I liked I would probably like to think about it and return another day to make the purchase, the owner of the store became extremely rude. She refused to show me dresses that I wanted to see but rather dresses that in her opinion were right for me. When I didn't like the dresses they picked out, they became annoyed. If this store were the last store on earth, I will be walking down the aisle naked. I refuse to ever go into this store again
