Needed a sprocket for chainsaw, was told no longer avail., no after market part either. I went to Homelite website, clicked my model and that part, was taken immed. to a new page showing the part number for after market and the name, add, phone for the company to order from.Took my tractor there for service/tune-up. Told them battery was not charging. Tractor was returned with same battery and no evidence of testing. When I called they said they put a load test on it and it was fine. I found that at full throttle the internal generator only puts out 8 VDC, instead of the 12-14 VDC needed to recharge the battery.
