The service by Guardian is in my opinion very good except when it comes to the way they bill.I do have a major credit card but its up to its limit. I kindly asked the billing manager I spoke with if I could make payments over 4 months and was told "no",we dont do that as its not our policy. This is 2014. Guardian and the facility I and others are in is loaded with older residents,well over 80 and up living on social security.

Best place I've had transport me I came from Edison to Norwood they were on time courteous and safe followed all the procedures and got me to my destination in a timely manner

Constantly late for pick ups. Overcharge we were told one price then it went up double that amount? The driver almost got in an accident on the way home with my mother. Employee's constantly complaining about management and how horribly they are paid.. Poor employees and I will never deal with them again..
