TERRIBLE - TERRIBLE - TERRIBLE COMPANY AND DEFINITELY NOT A BUSINESS MAN. The bottom review is correct. My carpet was installed 2 years ago and it is all stretched out. I take good care of my things and THAT has never happened to me before. This is telling me he switched capets and installed an inferior off brand. I have called Luis at least 10-12 times during the past 1-2 months and each times he is polite and says he will call me the next day and meet me at my house. NOT ONCE have I gotten that call... so I look at my receipt and it says 10 Year Manufacturer's Warranty BUT NO NAME OF THE MANUFACTURER... pretty slick on his part and I saw the word "warranty" and never missed the name of the manufacturer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AND ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THE GLOWING REVIEW BELOW MINE... THAT MUST BE A RELATIVE OR BEST FRIEND.... LUIS AND HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE HORRIBLE..... DO NOT EVER USE AND I AM REPORTING HIM TO THE BBB TOO.

Dont do business with this company. SHADY business!!!! Did a switch and bait on me!! Refused to remove carpet after installation!!! Refused to compensate!! Took my money and Ran!! Outrageous! Bad business practices!! All consumers be aware, stay away as far as possible. Company has been reported to BBB (Better Business Bureau).
